Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist: hybrid, full time or part time

EMPLOYEE DUTIES

• Part-time clinician must complete 12 or more psychotherapy sessions per week. Full-time clinician is defined as 25 or more sessions per week.
• At least one half-day per week must be in our Cary office.
• Clinician may work remotely other days. Schedule is flexible.
• Attendance at a quarterly in-office staff meeting is required (2 hrs). Lunch is provided.

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

• Current North Carolina license to practice (LP, LCMHC, LPA, or LCSW).
• Solid experience and skill in evidence-based psychotherapy.
• EMDR or other trauma-focused therapy experience is a plus.
• HIPAA-knowledgeable and have good computer skills.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and work independently and efficiently while adhering to the highest quality of care, ethical standards, and professionalism.
• Candidate must maintain their own malpractice insurance and license.
• Must have or obtain NPI number, we will assist with insurance credentialing.

COMPENSATION

Highly competitive commission-based pay. Expected compensation per 53-minute psychotherapy session (depending on payment source):

• $88-$140 (licensed psychologist)
• $65-$105 (LCMHC, LCSW, LPA)
• $55-$95 (associate-level LCMHC or LCSW)
