Assoc. Professor - Psychology teaches courses in the discipline area of psychology. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Assoc. Professor - Psychology provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Psychology typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Working only 2 days a week 8-5 (Friday one other weekday) and filling in as needed (when full-time employee is off). No weekends or evenings.
Job requires greeting patients, copying paperwork/id & insurance cards, collecting copayments, verifying insurance, answering phones, making & confirming appointments, printing patient paperwork and whatever else would be needed. Should be people person.
We require someone dependable, responsible and punctual who we can depend on to be there on their workdays and on time.
Would be perfect for semi retired or retired person. Should live within 1/2 hour of job location.
