Our Award Winning Client operates nationally and has garnered numerous accolades for its exceptional services. We are currently seeking an LPN Wing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you possess an Associate degree in Nursing, a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification, and a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA), we invite you to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medication and treatments as prescribed, reporting residents' responses.
• Accurately transcribe physician's orders and complete monthly summaries.
• Supervise post-mortem procedures and assist with resident transfers.
• Assist physicians with rounds, examinations, and treatments.
• Collect and arrange delivery of laboratory specimens.
• Encourage resident participation in scheduled activities.
• Assist in orientation of new nursing staff and conduct team conferences as needed.
• Monitor nursing assistant documentation for completeness and compliance with regulations.
• Provide direct care for residents as needed, within restrictions.
• Attend in-services, department and staff meetings, and committee meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment and report potential safety hazards.
• Adjust staffing assignments as needed to ensure good resident care.
• Ensure staff is familiar with changes in policies and procedures.
• Update the daily census as needed and collect data for quality assurance studies as directed.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Days: 6 AM - 6 PM
• Rotation: Two days on, two days off, three days on
• 84-hour biweekly pay period, rotating weekends

Additional Information:

• Nursing home experience is a plus.
• BLS (AHA) certification is required.
• COVID vaccine is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit at the time of the interview.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Must possess knowledge of medical procedures, regulations, and resident care principles.
• Must maintain professionalism and dedication to resident care.
• Strong communication and observation skills are required.
