Law Firm Sales Professional
  • Knauss Law
  • Kirkland, WA FULL_TIME
  • Are You the Empathetic Sales Pro Our Criminal Defense Firm Is Searching For?

Hey there! Imagine a job where your sales skills do more than just push a product—they genuinely help people at a crucial turning point in their lives. That's exactly what we're offering at our criminal defense law firm. We're on the lookout for a non-attorney sales professional who sees the bigger picture and knows that sales is a service we do for people, not to them.

Who Will You Be Working With?
You'll be reporting straight to the Owner. That's right, you'll have direct access to the top, ensuring that your ideas and feedback are always heard.

    What's in Your Control?
Your calendar and schedule are yours to command. It's all about balancing your time to meet with our prospective new clients (PNCs), follow up with those who are on the fence, and check in with current clients to make sure we're always on point.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Setting up your day-to-day to include both consults and follow-ups.
    • Keeping track of every interaction in our CRM, because details matter.
    • Being a team player, ready to jump in and help your colleagues so every PNC feels supported.
    • Following up is key, whether it's with PNCs who weren't ready to say yes or current clients checking in on their progress.
    • Making the handoff to our legal team smooth and professional once a PNC decides we're the right fit.
    • Giving us the scoop on lead quality and how we can do better, based on what you're seeing and hearing.
    • Sometimes stepping out into the world to represent us at events and network like only you know how.
    • Using your top-notch consultative selling skills to show the real value of choosing us.

Are You Who We're Looking For?

    • You've got a knack for consultative selling and see it as more than just a job -- it's your calling.
    • You're no stranger to the world of high-ticket sales, whether it's products or services, and you've got the track record to prove it.
    • CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot? You navigate those like a pro.
    • Independence is your middle name, but you're also a fantastic problem-solver and analytical thinker.
    • Your communication game is strong. You're just as comfortable chatting on the phone as you are sending a perfectly crafted email.
    • A background in or knowledge of the legal industry is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
    • Life's thrown you a few curveballs, and you've come out stronger. You know how to relate to people facing tough times because you've been there too.

Sound Like Your Kind of Gig?

If after reading this, you can't see yourself helping people who've made mistakes (even big ones), without judgement this isn't the place for you. But - if you're nodding along and thinking, "This is me!" we can't wait to meet you. Shoot over your resume and a cover letter that gives us a peek into who you are and why you're the perfect fit.

We're not just hiring a sales professional; we're looking for someone to join our mission of making a real difference in people's lives by helping to protect our clients' freedom and reputation. If that sounds like a journey you want to be a part of, get in touch. Let's change lives together.
