Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in the retail industry, is seeking a Retail Director to oversee operations at various locations including SAP Center, TechCU Arena, Sharks Ice Centers, and ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for retail operations, including day-to-day management, client relations, and vendor partnerships.
• Manage a diverse team of retail professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
• Collaborate with clients across different departments to maintain brand integrity and drive retail program development.
• Oversee product selection and procurement, utilizing market insights and sales data to optimize inventory levels and meet financial targets.
• Coordinate with HR department to recruit and train staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels for events and day-to-day operations.
• Utilize reporting tools to analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong communication channels with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business objectives and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of retail management experience, with a focus on client relations and P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or a related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in the retail industry, preferably within the sports and entertainment sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
