Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing quality education and fostering their intellectual and personal growth. This position requires expertise in special education, literacy education, math, proofreading, writing, communication, education administration, style, and curriculum development.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance instructional materials
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Foster critical thinking skills and promote student engagement
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on educational best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid North Dakota teaching license
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum development
- Familiarity with educational standards and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
- Knowledge of Chicago Manual Style for academic writing
