OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join their team. As a national leader in healthcare services, our client has been recognized with numerous awards for excellence in their field.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT, the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will provide integrated oversight and management of revenue cycle activities for assigned partners to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Director is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and managing all functional areas of intake, billing, and collection operations to support optimized billing and cash flow in accordance with SLAs. The Director will also be involved in overall business planning, strategy, budgeting, trend analysis, evaluation, and performance of revenue cycle outcomes to achieve KPIs and SLA expectations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, including experience with DME billing.
