Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Assisted Living Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support and companionship within their homes.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

Requirements:
- Experience in senior care, assisted living or memory care is preferred
- Knowledge of direct support techniques and assisting individuals with various needs
- Ability to handle behavior management challenges with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with assisting clients in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
