Assisted Living Resident Driver/Escort drives and escorts residents to various locations, including errands, activities, and doctor's appointments. May be responsible for completing related paperwork and/or coordinating vehicle maintenance. Being an Assisted Living Resident Driver/Escort may require a high school diploma. Requires Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B. Additionally, Assisted Living Resident Driver/Escort typically reports to a supervisor. The Assisted Living Resident Driver/Escort works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills and will share in our core values.
Responsible for providing direct resident care including; daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, incontinence/peri-care, and provides redirection to residents to promote independence; obtains accurate vital signs and reports changes in resident health status and documents as appropriate; assists/accompanies residents for appointments, if assigned; reports concerns regarding resident to Director of Nursing, Administrator (or Charge Nurse on shift).
