As an Assisted Living Manager, you will provide support and assistance to residents within an assisted living facility as well as managing staff. Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by the nurse or care plan
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
- Assist with meal planning.
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of residents
- Follow care plans and assist with implementing individualized care for each resident

Skills:
