▶ About This Opportunity

The Assistant Treasurer will be responsible for all operational aspects of Treasury. This includes corporate and retail cash management, treasury related reporting and disclosures, cash forecasting and debt management.

• Assist Treasurer in managing company's cash flow and liquidity
• Manage corporate and retail cash management functions, including short-term investments
• Evaluate and monitor company's counterparty credit risk
• Develop, implement and monitor treasury policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies
• Support negotiations and structuring of debt capital market transactions
• Monitor compliance with loan agreements
• Work collaboratively with other departments across the organization

• Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
• Relevant Experience: 10 Years
• Management Experience: 5 Years
• Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in managing high performing teams and developing talent for the organization
