Serve as Assistant Director of Arts and Sciences Student Academic Services. Supervise front desk staff (including student workers) and oversee day-to-day operations of the office (such as, student check-in procedures, appointment scheduling, lobby functions, phone protocols, etc.). Manage Arts and Sciences components of New Student Orientation and Enrollment programs for freshman and transfer students to ensure smooth transition for new students to Oklahoma State University (OSU). Develop and implement engagement activities to help College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) new freshmen connect to the college and their home departments. Collaborate with Associate Director to implement First Year Seminar Course (A&S 1111) curriculum, scheduling, and instructor training. Serve as academic adviser for Arts and Sciences freshman and undeclared students. (Approximate load 20-50 students). Serve as temporary academic adviser for Arts and Sciences departments based on advising load capacity. (Approximate load 20-80 students).

Preferred Qualifications:
At least one degree, bachelors or masters, in an Arts and Sciences discipline is preferred. Three years Academic Advising experience strongly preferred.
