We Are Looking For

A Front End Assistant Manager who will play a personal role within our community to ensure that we consistently exceed expectations and delight our customers. This position will be responsible for overseeing front-end staff and providing exceptional customer service when assisting patients in picking up their prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end staff engaged in assisting customers and completing cash register transactions.
• Assist in retail operations, including inventory management, employee scheduling, and customer satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies and techniques with staff to increase product sales and profitability
• Assist patients and complete cash register transactions while exhibiting kind, respectful actions
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer service requests and issues
• Assist with bagging prescriptions to prepare for online order fulfillment, pickup, shipment and/or delivery
• Ensure the register balances after cash, check, and credit transactions
• Train staff members on workflow processes and security procedures
• Monitor employee performance to ensure that they are performing their responsibilities in a satisfactory manner
• Oversee daily ordering and assist in inventory management
• Manage location A/R account reconciliation and patient follow-up on past-due balances
