POSITION SUMMARY :
As a Pastry Chef / Sales Market Specialist at Bridor, your role is crucial in driving sales and market growth for our artisan bread and pastry products in North Texas region.
Reporting to the VP of Sales - Central Region, you'll focus on expanding our market presence and cultivating key accounts in various establishments such as coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, colleges / universities, and hotels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Pastry Creation and Innovation - Utilize your culinary skills and creativity to develop innovative and appealing recipes that differentiate our products in the market.
Stay updated on culinary trends, flavor profiles, and presentation techniques to ensure our pastry offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Sales Strategy Development - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies and business development plans to promote Bridor’s products effectively.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management - Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges related to bakery needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations to showcase the quality, taste, and versatility of Bridor products.
New Business Development - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with restaurants, cafes, hotels, coffee shops, catering companies, cruise lines, convenience stores and retail outlets.
