Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) typically reports to a head coach. The Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Ability to positively interact and build relationships with college-aged students of diverse backgrounds while coaching them in fundamental and advanced Ultimate skills.
The Ultimate Frisbee Club Sport Coach should be familiar with ultimate rules, regulations, terminology, and gameplay.

Ability to teach basic to advanced fundamentals and skills during practices and games (defense, offense, scoring, throwing / catching techniques, fitness)
