Position Summary

As a member of the Golf Management Team the Clubhouse Assistant plays a key role in providing superior customer service to all patrons.

Job Specific Responsibilities – (Included but not limited to)

• Responsible for all facets of golf operations, including the supervision and training of outside services, starters & marshals
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
• Manage guest reservations, check-in and fee collection while helping to enforce all rules and regulations of the golf course.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Assist in Cattail Crossing’s tournament operations and weekly league events
• Perform inventory controls of all merchandise & food/beverage
• Promote all course activities and events
• Ability to learn a computerized Point of Sale system
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work non-standard hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
