Serves as a representative between the athletic program and prospective student athletes regarding academics. As the Assistant Athletic Director for Development, Annual Fund you will operate in a high-volume donor engagement environment and assist in the overall direction and leadership for the annual fund efforts of the athletic development team. You will also cultivate, solicit, and steward donors in the leadership annual giving band ($10,000 - $25,000), manage a caseload of 200 athletic prospects and donors, oversee annual fund officers, and drive strategy for the annual fundraising program. As the Assistant AD, you will provide leadership on the athletic development team and assist with the strategies for maximizing revenue.

Salary:
The expected salary for this position is $100,000 . It will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also placing an emphasis on internal equity.
