Assembly Supervisor jobs in Lafayette, LA

• Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations
• Verifies that parts meet tolerance and product specifications
• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
• Perform daily preventive maintenance
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
• Performs in-process inspection and reports any nonconformance to the supervisor.
• Committed to meeting customer’s expectations including product quality, appearance, and delivery time
• Open to change, training and submitting suggestion for improvements to the department
• Requires physical, reliable, dependable full-time attendance at the worksite to perform duties
• Reports to Department Supervisor
• Preferred High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
