Additionally, Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. We hold a firm presence in the technology community both locally and internationally Due to high product demand and sales growth, we are seeking three cable and box build assemblers who are looking for a great place to work with a team that embraces new technology.
Our work hours are 7-3:30 first shift but we may consider part time employees if it looks like a good fit for all.
In addition to being well-established, and stable we are looking for the following skills and abilities.
Senior Assembler is responsible for assembling cables and box builds by using a potentially complicated set of blue prints, verifying the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items.
Expert use of hand tools crimpers, strippers and, precision soldering skills and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and assemblies adhering to a high standard of QC standards is required.
Knowledge and experience in GNT Measurement skills understanding units of measure interpret various methods of converting standards measurements. May work with engineering to develop prototypes, first article samples and develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
