Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Marketing & Content Manager to join our team, responsible for cultivating a thriving online community around our brand through compelling content and conversations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, adept at community building, and possesses a deep understanding of content and social strategy, content development, creative and technical writing, and a passion for helping artists and creators thrive in business.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to build and grow an engaged online community around our brands.
• Oversee social media channels to facilitate conversations, monitor interactions, and address conflicts with community members to maintain a supportive environment.
• Collect and synthesize feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
• Create and write articles for our help center.
• Create and edit tutorial videos for the help center.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of community initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Generate compelling and relevant content to drive community engagement, including blog posts, video shorts, social media content, company website and landing pages, podcast, emails and newsletters.
• Work with the Design and Creative Director to create motion graphics and edit videos.
• Work with the Design and Creative Director to establish and maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all content to build brand integrity.

Required Skills

• Technical and creative writing skills and experience
• Conversational approach to support questions
• Social media management (Canva Pro knowledge a plus)
• Expert knowledge of Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere, including color correction (Riverside FM a bonus)
• Knowledge of Logic, Ableton, or LUNA experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects (or comparable software for motion graphics)
• SEO management
• HTML and Webflow experience preferred

• Can balance multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Ability to ask for help
• Ability to jump in and wear multiple hats when or if needed
• Awesome time management skills
• 3 years’ marketing experience required
• Proven experience in online community management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and social media strategies
• Understand current social media trends and platforms
• Experience working in the music industry preferred
