We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Balloon Designer, Party Prep and Lead Installer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing joy and excitement to our clients' celebrations through our balloon designs, party rentals and event planning. Your positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and attention to detail will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Availability

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.

Responsibilities

In-house / Balloon Design & Party Prep

• Balloon Inflation & Design:

Design and create stunning balloon arrangements. Utilize your artistic skills to bring unique and eye-catching designs to life.

• Backdrop Painting

Paint backdrops to coordinate with event theme.

• Inventory Management

Help keep track of balloon inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

• Warehouse Upkeep:

Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This includes tasks such as taking out trash, sweeping and organizing inventory.

Onsite Install / Breakdown

• Event Coordination:

Collaborate with owners to ensure a smooth execution of installations and overall event setup.

• Lead Install:

Ability to lead a team during setup and breakdown of event. Delegate tasks and provide guidance. Ensure all necessary items are properly placed and secured.

• Independent Work:

Ability to work independently on installations that don’t require heavy lifting.

• Event documentation:

capture and upload photos and videos of each completed installation.

• Onsite Problem Solving:

Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges that may arise during events. Be proactive and resourceful in resolving issues promptly.

• Time Management:

Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources during installations.

• Heavy Lifting & Climbing Ladders

Be capable of safely lifting and moving heavy items such as backdrops, bounce houses, rugs, furniture, and other event materials as required. Be capable of safely climbing ladders of various heights to reach elevated areas for balloon installations and other related tasks.

• Physical Fitness:

Ability to engage in physical work, including lifting and moving heavy objects and standing for extended periods during installations.

• Valid Driver's License:

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Driving Company Van:

Safely operate the company van to transport team members, equipment, and supplies to event locations. Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.

Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a pleasant atmosphere for everyone involved.

• Team Player:

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
