Position Available: Supervisor of Child/Adolescent Services

The Putnam/Northern Westchester Women’s Resource Center (PNWWRC) is a non-profit providing free and confidential support and services to victims of violence, Including but not limited to: licensed trauma therapy, advocacy, education, case management, shelter and counseling services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma informed individual and group therapy to children and adolescent's who have experienced violence.
• Provide individual and group supervision of the child/adolescent clinical staff & clinical interns.
• Provide comprehensive anti-violence support and services to all victims.
• Engage in teamwork and collaboration as part of the leadership team of the agency.
• Protect the rights of victims, provide client driven and confidential services with a belief in the innate strength of the client and their right to self-determination.
• Coordination of child/adolescent clinical services including support groups, program events, clinical training & in-services.
• Timely completion of statistics, charting, and dedication to grant requirements and agency protocols.
• Participates in meetings , conferences, and trainings on behalf of the agency
• Participates in weekly individual supervision with the Associate Executive Director, reviewing clinical assignments and director responsibilities
• Collaborates with other community agencies providing representation and clinical services

Education and Skills:

· Master’s Degree and LCSW, LCAT, LMHC or equivalent license required

· Compassionate, trauma-informed lens with a focus on children and families

· An Advocate for social justice and gender equality with a strong commitment to ending interpersonal violence

· Ability to work collaboratively and successfully with teams, co-workers and community agencies

· Strong communication, organizational, scheduling and time management skills

· Bi-lingual skills a plus

Employment Status

The Director of Child/Adolescent Services is a full-time (35 hours), non-exempt position. Schedule includes 1-2 evenings a week and the possibility of 1 remote day.

Salary range

$60,000-63,000
