We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager at Hawaii Fluid Art Wellington. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at generate sales and ensuring the smooth operations of the studio.
1. Drive sales by assisting with marketing initiatives and promotions
2. Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting studio events, distributing flyers, sharing on social media, and capturing photos during classes.
3. Attend networking events to obtain leads and follow up to meet sales goals.
4. Welcome customers into the studio, provide tours of the facilities, describe product offerings, and schedule appointments.
5. Gather and maintain customer information to build a strong customer base.
6. Manage all aspects of the studio, including scheduling appointments, confirming appointment times with customers, and coordinating artwork pickups.
7. Conduct art classes for students of varying skill levels; prior art experience is not required as training will be provided.
8. Maintain a positive environment and ensure customers have a pleasant experience.
9. Keep accurate records of inventory and identify when items need restocking.
10. Assist in planning and executing parties for customers.
11. Ensure the cleanliness of the studio on a daily basis, including dusting surfaces, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and sinks.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in Sales with a track record of success is preferred.
