As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance

- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and services

Experience:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training employees
