Job Responsibilities
Create a culture of creativity, enjoyment, and safety — Creative Color Art Studios strives to provide a nurturing and art enriching educational environment. We want every student to feel better about themselves when they leave the studio, from our young artists to our sipping and painting adults. As the Assistant Studio Manager, working with the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining this culture by constantly checking in with instructors, students, and parents about student progress, enjoyment, and well being.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio — The Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for making sure the studio is running as intended. You will:
Be the face of the studio — As Assistant Studio Manager, with support of the Studio Manager, you will be running the studio during business hours. You will be the first person that customers and students see when they walk through the door.
Book and confirm private events — In addition to scheduled classes, the studio books private parties and corporate events. As the Assistant Manager, you will take charge of marketing, booking, scheduling, and confirming all details for these events.
Be accountable for administrative reporting and filing — While it’s not the most exciting part of the job, it is critical that the Assistant Studio Manager keep well organized records and documentation of all necessary aspects of the events and classes.
Manage social media accounts to include creating content, posting, and sharing real-time events happening in the studio.
