- Participate in regular client-facing presentations
- Help foster an energetic, team-centered work environment
- Stay current on design, campaign and social trends
- Work closely with other agency teams to ensure client goals are achieved
- Be a self-starter and create your own, proactive creative opportunities
- Strive to become a travel industry expert
- Think idea first, then design
- Prepare and organize your work to present to the Creative Director
- Occasional out-of-town travel required
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, associate’s degree or industry equivalent and at least 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Advanced understanding Adobe Suite Skills; After Effects, illustration skills are a plus
- Proven design, conceptual ideation and typography skills
- Strong time management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
