Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order Analyst to join our team. As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Review order details for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or changes
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Provide friendly customer service via email and phone

Experience:
- Experience working with Mac desktop computers, Excel, and Word
- Working with analytical tools
- Comfortable with learning new ERP systems
- Understanding number and letter based SKU's

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in order administration or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail skills, numerate, and organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
