Provides internal clients with design standards, tools, and guidance on communicating corporate image, branding, and identity. Being an Art Director leads the design and production operations of all visual elements including publications, infographics, and social content, that are deployed across digital, interactive and print. Stays current on latest trends. Additionally, Art Director develops a network of vendors, freelance artists, and designers to utilize for project support. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Art Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Across visual and brand design, photography, video, experiential, interactive, and social, this team stewards the visual brand and focuses on creating meaningful engagements between our brand and rapidly growing extended footprint.
We’re looking for someone with the ability to lead a creative process from its strategic start to its executional finish and will have a strong track record of developing breakthrough ideas. This individual will take ownership of the creative process to translate research, company goals, and high-level strategic direction into inspiring and successful design solutions and executions.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working in partnership with stakeholders across the business, they are responsible for developing dynamic solutions that define and enhance creative ideas from concept through execution. This role requires strong design expertise and deep understanding of design systems, brand design, and UI/UX. You'll be entrusted with the Daniels Health brand and its subsidiaries and expected to push forward the way it’s expressed through brand campaigns, product and service experiences, and other communications.
