Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support diverse caseloads from PreK to 12th grade in Murrieta, California. Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and hearing.
• Work directly with students in one-on-one and group settings to implement therapeutic interventions.
• Document student progress and collaborate with educational staff to support individual education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• Required: Active SLPA license in California.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a diverse, multilingual setting.

Position Details:

• Classroom Setting: Varied, PreK-12
• Hours per Week: Full-time
• Contract Duration: Current school year, with potential extension for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
