Art Director Assistant assists the Art Director with all phases of design projects to ensure successful project completion. Monitors work through all stages of pre-production and production and facilitates solutions to any issues that may arise. Being an Art Director Assistant reviews the work of videographers, photographers, designers, and graphic artists. Requires knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual communication. Additionally, Art Director Assistant requires a bachelor's degree of art or design. Typically reports to Art Director. The Art Director Assistant gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. EDUCATION
BS preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Five years recent clinical experience in relevant area of nursing practice. Previous nursing management experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability and potential managerial competency. Evidence of this includes, but is not limited to, effective communication skills, ability to deal well with people, to problem solve, to confront/resolve issues, to motivate others, to plan, organize, and direct the activities of others.
LICENSURE
Current registration as RN in the state of Rhode Island. BLS, PALS, ACLS.
