What You Can Expect Working in the Art Director Position

The Art Director will work with the in-house marketing and communications team at LRE. This role will utilize their design background to take conceptual ideas and turn them into visually stunning designs. This role will be responsible for setting the visual standards of the various companies in the LANGE family of companies ensuring all marketing projects meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Work together with the Brand Manager to lead and direct design for creating marketing materials, including digital, print, and video.
• Maintain consistency of the overall visual style and image of each company or client.
• Collaborate and offer subject matter expertise with other departments to create a cohesive vision and ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand strategy.
• Oversee the design process, from conceptualization to delivery.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
