Art Director Assistant assists the Art Director with all phases of design projects to ensure successful project completion. Monitors work through all stages of pre-production and production and facilitates solutions to any issues that may arise. Being an Art Director Assistant reviews the work of videographers, photographers, designers, and graphic artists. Requires knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual communication. Additionally, Art Director Assistant requires a bachelor's degree of art or design. Typically reports to Art Director. The Art Director Assistant gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Summary:
We are a Christian Faith Based Private school and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team at the Art Center. The candidate must have knowledge in Christian faith and the Bible. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position Mon - Fri 9:30am-6:30pm. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE EMPLOYER.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with medical office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with office management tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Ability to use design software and Marketing (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Other Design Software)
- Organize and coordinate special events
- Creation of social media contents and manage projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills including art and design software
- Knowledge of Christian faith and education is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
