The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• A passion for commercial architecture.
• Experience drafting commercial projects.
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments
• Self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
  
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the project team 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related software.
• At least 5 years of drafting and design experience.
• Architectural Degree or related
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and deadlines
• Based in the US, able to work in person in office.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Design development, including working with brand standards.
• Preparation of drawings in all phases of design, including details, specifications, and CD.
• Drafting, using Revit and AutoCAD.
  
• Prepare final drawings under the direction of Architect.
• Zoning and building code research.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural.

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Revit: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 3 years (Preferred)
• Architectural Design: 3 years (Preferred)
