This position requires a valid driver license. A pre-employment background check, including driving history, is required.

Description of Position:

This individual will act as the point of contact with the customer base and will help create and modify AutoCAD drawings, and coordinate all project management activities of the company. Responsible for initial setup of all new projects in accordance with the established company procedures. SolidWorks experience a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

· Create and modify manufacturing and assembly drawings in AutoCAD

- Assist Estimator by reviewing customer drawings and developing BOMs for quoting purposes

· Assist in the routine preparation and submission of project documents including Contracts, Change Orders, AIA Pay Applications, and Close Out Documents

- Schedule and Coordinate work for shop and field crew

· Develop a working knowledge of the proprietary systems developed by the company for the various scopes of work including materials, fabrication techniques and what is necessary to execute the scope of work

· Assist in the acquisition of building permits, if required by scope of work

· Work independently and be self-motivated to perform the tasks necessary to promptly and efficiently complete tasks

· Communicate with customers to identify specific project requirements

· Possess exceptional computer related skills to navigate web-based project information

· Utilize established company electronic directories (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) in the development of project submittal requirements

- Represent the company in a positive and informative manner

- Other duties as assigned
