Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications will be crucial in producing accurate and precise drawings. Duties:
- Create detailed technical drawings and full set of plans

-Must be able to handle 20 projects a month start to completion.

-Strong Understanding of California Building Codes, and ability to draw roof plans.
- Utilize CAD software to generate 2D and 3D models of designs
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients
- Incorporate design changes or modifications into existing drawings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software, such as Bluebeam, AUTOCAD, OR REVIT
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with 2D animation and graphic design is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret specifications
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.74 - $33.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
