Architect is responsible for performing design computations, compiling data, and completing rudimentary architectural assignments. Works from the designs of others to prepare sketches, preliminary drawings, and schematic designs. Being an Architect prepares project estimates and completes architectural plans/renderings following specific instructions. Prepares reports and specifications as requested. Additionally, Architect may participate in an architectural internship or professional development program. May be working towards obtaining architecture license. Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture. Typically reports to a manager. The Architect work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Architectural Measure-ups and Revit Drafting professional. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and documenting architectural spaces, as well as creating detailed drawings using Revit software. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and construction process of various architectural projects.Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site measure-ups of architectural spaces using precise measurement tools
- Create accurate and detailed drawings using Revit software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate representation of designs
- Assist in the development of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients or project managers
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and measurements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural drafting softwareQualifications:
- Proficient in Revit
- Strong understanding of system design and mechanical design principles
- Knowledge of architectural drafting techniques, including schematics and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately measure spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
