Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) jobs in Ohio

The Rehab department is in need of a Punch-Out contractor who will work with the Project Manager to quickly and efficiently repair homes as needed to get on the market.

Excellent communication skills are needed to assist managers and complete jobs in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be dependable and have experience in all areas related to plumbing, drywall repair, touch-up paint, trim, etc.

Candidates must be willing to drive to work sites from Hamilton to Butler Counties as needed.

$18 - $22

• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries as needed
• Be knowledgeable in Rehabbing residential homes
• Prioritize and multitask to complete the jobs in a timely manner
• Dependable and be held accountable for jobs completed
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Maintain Excellent Communication with managers needed

• Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall repair knowledge
• 2-3 years of experience in Residential Repair Construction
• Have all necessary tools to complete repairs and installations
• The minimum age requirement is 18 years
• Teamwork is a priority. Must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working evening and occasional weekend hours
• Possess the tools necessary to complete the tasks required
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation are required
• Pass a background check
• Must possess a mobile phone with internet access
