Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Compensation:$87,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
- An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
- Great phone presence with a closer mentality
