Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. (7) Place a free newspaper photo ad to help spread the news. (8) Furnish free "I've Joined" Post Cards. (9) Set you up with voicemail, email, efax, intranet to keep you in the loop. (10) Sign you up for optional medical and/or dental insurance. (11) Train you (and your personal assistant) with Crye-Leike systems, techniques and procedures. (12) Schedule a one-on-one meeting with our Marketing Department to develop your personalized marketing plan.

    RequirementsMust pass Mississippi state real estate exam and hold an active real estate license.
