We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate to join our Coldwell Banker team.

No remote work available.

What you would be doing in this role:

• Greet Customers.
• Answer Phones.
• Perform data entry and file management tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships and communication with realtors, team members, clients, and company departments.
• Provide one-on-one training in company programs and systems to newly recruited realtors.
• Work to resolve broker commission questions, and/or issues as needed.
• Frequent electronic and telephonic communication with agents, clients, branches, mortgage companies, and internal company departments (most communication is via email).

What we'd like you to bring:

• Associates degree or a combination of equivalent education & work experience.
• Professional office environment experience required.
• Current California Real Estate license
• Current Notary Commission (must be willing to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate a feeling of trust and confidence and establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
• Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills. Ability to speak clearly, listen and get clarification; read and interpret written information; write clearly, accurately and concisely. Strong spelling and grammar skills. Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to be highly accurate with critical information and be able to adapt during constant interruption of duties.
• Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.

• Real Esate Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Recent Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook: 2 years (Preferred)
• Providing an Exceptional Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Current NV Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Current NV Notary Commission (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
