Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Applications Systems Analyst supporting an Intelligence Community Customer. 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise system management to include installation services, software repair, and diagnostic testing for all system software and layered products.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI

Degree and Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD 

Required Certifications:

• DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security CE)

Desired Certifications:

• ITIL Foundations certification

Required Skills:

• Supports including performance monitoring, patch/fix, software configuration, and upgrade activities for Off-the-Shelf software products.

• Implements and maintains approved changes and patches to the IT system infrastructure configuration.

• Engages with vendors to obtain support when appropriate.

• Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external teams to facilitate changes, updates, optimization, and other events.
