Description
ERP experience required. The Systems Analyst is a highly skilled, experienced individual. This role’s primary focus is on the IBM i platform and the successful integration and optimization of Infor XA ERP software. There will be a strong focus on the "business" aspect (i.e., company IT structure, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives). Responsibilities will include, ensuring the stability and security of our IBM i environment, and collaborating with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s data and systems.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in relevant technology, and apply relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
· Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
· Develop business case justifications for IT spending initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to finance, sales, operations and supply chain to identify technology needs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
· Oversee IT related vendor relationship and assist with contracts, ensuring effective partnerships and utilization.
Requirements
· ERP experience required
· SQL or Query 400
· Functional expertise in Manufacturing, warehouse management and inventory.
· Advanced organizational and analytical skills.
· Solid written and verbal communications skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Minimum of 5 years related experience

Working Conditions
· Primarily in an office environment, but frequents manufacturing plant floor areas, as needed
