Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals for clients
• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues for clients
• Manage client workstations
• Provide support for on-site clients
• Perform upgrades on client systems
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Document all technical support activities in ticketing systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all client equipment

This is a full-time position with a full benefits package. 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday schedule.
Requirements
· 1 years of experience in a desktop support role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
· Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
· Experience with remote access tools and remote support
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients in a professional manner.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· IT Industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network are appreciated
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is necessary.
