Applications Support Technician provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications. Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications programming that includes testing, design and analysis. Being an Applications Support Technician assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. Typically requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Applications Support Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Applications Support Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift: Monday - Thursday 7Am-7 Pm
Salary: $24.61-30.00/ Depends on skill / qualificatiion
Experience Requirements: Two years of experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Training Required: Proven knowledge and ability in mechanical and electrical repair, plus at least two of the following: basic electronic repair, basic welding, basic hydraulic repair, basic pneumatic repair. Commitment to continue training and education to improve maintenance skills. On-the-job training.
Basic Abilities: Good mechanical and electrical ability. Must be able to make necessary repairs on plant equipment. Good eye and hand coordination. Must write legible. Squat and lift fifty pounds. Must be proficient in reading a tape measure.
