Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications programming that includes testing, design and analysis. Overview:
Heartwise Support is looking for a passionate RBT to join our team bringing a collaborative treatment approach to those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our RBTs provide direct care to our clients and work in coordination with other therapists to bring a holistic treatment to each individual. Heartwise Support focuses on the whole child and the RBT
whole family, providing comprehensive treatment to best support the families and children with ASD. We are looking for a RBT who shares our vision and wants to help change how we provide treatment for those with ASD. We pride ourselves in training our staff throughout their career journeys, empowering them to grow in a supportive environment.
We are looking for part time and full time RBTs in the Omaha metro and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Traveling to the client’s home to implement 1:1 direct therapy from treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and enter data through our electronic system
Complete session notes and other documentation in a timely manner
Communicate and collaborate with team members
Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Registered behavioral technician certification required
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
Reliable transportation and insurance
ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
