Applications Support Technician jobs in Lima, OH

As an Engineering Support Technician, you will support all plant leadership and maintenance associates by providing troubleshooting and technical support for all mechanical equipment including related electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. This position will be based out of our Minster, OH location.

Every day as an Engineering Support Technician you will...

• Engage daily with associates at other locations to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues over the phone, email, or video calls
• Review technical drawings and specifications to assist in troubleshooting issues
• Follows through on technical diagnosis to make sure issues are resolved
• Updates electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics as necessary
• Support others to accomplish goals

To thrive in this role, you must...

• Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Customer first mindset in order to resolve issues
• Able to read electrical schematics, blueprint readings, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Interact with Engineering team to solve complex issues
• Able to plan, organize, coordinate and sort priorities in order to achieve timely quality results
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
