Applications Support Technician provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications. Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications programming that includes testing, design and analysis. Being an Applications Support Technician assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. Typically requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Applications Support Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Applications Support Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible to prepare and repair coaches and document all work performed on a repair order.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
o Including: 120AC and 12DC
o Inverters and converters
o Basic knowledge of AC electrical system theory and testing
o Including but not limited to: Brakes, hydraulic systems, air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators, stoves, plumbing, slides, jacks, and LP/propane
o Including but not limited to: fuel filter, air filter, hydraulic filter, water separator, air dryer service, axle seals, slide & jacks, brakes, and exterior sealant
o Including but not limited to: Hitches, brake controllers, slide out toppers, satellites, furniture, awnings, back up cameras, Wi-Fi extenders, mattresses, appliances, and vent covers
