Sales Optician or Optical Technician

HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Optical Technician to fill an opening with an eye care organization in Port Charlotte, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Sales Optician:

• Fit patients with frames or contacts
• Read prescriptions and discuss pricing options
• Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications for Sales Optician:

• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• 1 year(s) of experience as an Optician
• Current Optician license or willingness to obtain licensure

Preferred Qualifications for Sales Optician:

• Optician License
• Excellent communication and listening skills to properly address patient needs (required)
• Customer Service or service-related experience is a plus (required)

Pay Details: $17.00 - $28.00 an hour based on experience and licensure
