Photronics Inc, is looking for a Senior Supervisor Applications.  The Senior Supervisor Applications takes pride in a finished product, done right the first time, has the desire to learn and strive for success in a fast-paced environment. Photronics is seeking a talented professional to join us as a front-end Staff Applications Engineer at our Boise, Idaho Facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of creative, technical staff and ensure they consistently meet company and customer goals.   
• Develop leaders and their skill set through guidance and mentorship. 
• Evaluate the team’s performance and make recommendations for staffing adjustments.  
• Lead projects. Develop action plans, timelines and execute within a matrix organization. Train and mentor others to do the same.
• Energize, motivate, coach and collaborate with your team to overcome obstacles and achieve amazing results. Lead by example by balancing delegation with doing.  
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Train others to do the same. Ensure company standards’ compliance.
• Working knowledge of Linux, ftp/scp, Perl, SQL, PHP, Java, FMEA 
• Semiconductor industry advantageous previous people supervision or management experience will set you apart!

Qualifications/ Skills/ Attributes

• Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
•  Strong communication skills involving internal and external customer interaction and technical support presentations
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Must hold a mastery level of knowledge in all aspects of cybermask from writing BRD’s (Business Research Documents) to designing and analyzing tests and implementing issue resolution
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10 plus years of experience
