Job Description
The Product Manager, Mobile Applications plays a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our mobile applications, taking ownership of key initiatives and using an entrepreneurial mindset to inspire excellence in everything we do to enrich the lives of our residents.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new features and enhancements that delight our users and drive engagement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation within the mobile application market.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business impact.
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, communicating priorities and timelines to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
Analyze user engagement metrics, feedback, and user research to iterate on product features and optimize the user experience.
Collaborate with customer support and community management teams to address user inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and consumer trends in mobile application development, incorporating insights into product strategy and execution.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional value to our users.

Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS or combination of industry certifications and equivalent related work experience of 5 years or more

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
